White Thrift (Armeria Maritima Alba)

After thick fog this morning it turned out to be a beautiful sunny day. To make the most of the weather I spent the afternoon tidying in the front garden, weeding and cutting back plants past their best and planting a hydrangea which I have had for months in a pot. The green bins are nicely filled for collection next week. 
My blip is of a little White Thrift flower in the sunshine which caught my eye, it was quite breezy too so a little bit blurred but I quite like the effect.
No Woodwork class tonight, the university is off for the October break.
