Meeting up with an old friend…..

We went to Porthleven after lunch to meet up with our friend Cath, and her two lovely dogs, who recently moved here two months ago from Sutton Coldfield.
She worked at our old church for many years as part of the staff team.
She is starting a new rôle altogether and is taking time to process how this will unfold.
It was so good to spend the afternoon talking and sharing things together.
We’ll be meeting up again tomorrow evening for a meal.
As you can see, the weather was very different today. But still very mild at 16C.
There is a strong blustery wind, which will evidently be a feature the next couple of days.
