Sundown

Busy morning - cycled 5k, ran 4k, an hour's kickboxing, cycled back 5k.
Lazy afternoon - watched "less than Super Sunday" football, Merseyside derby (fell asleep), United v Chelsea (players fell asleep).
Had to pop out late for milk. Detoured into the park as the sun was setting. Now watching the snooker, waiting for Game of Thrones and deciding what to do with my Bank Holiday Monday.
