Wide Wednesday— texture

Thanks BobsBlips for hosting. This is a wall of an old terrace house near my place. I’m not sure if they are old or just wanting to look old. Many Bathurst bricks are from the convict days and  are various sizes. 

It’s very dark and threatening here with another front of rainy weather about to arrive. Half of the eastern side of Australia is under flood watch. It’s pretty flat country west of the Great Divide ( Blue Mountains ) and so the water takes ages to go downstream causing slow riverine flooding. If we get a sudden downpour it causes flash flooding.
