sticky eyes

Jessica has a really sticky eye, she cries when we try to clean it, which in turn has made me cry a few times too. Poor wee thing first spots now a sticky eye.

Apart from that we met up with one of my friends for brunch in South Queensferry today. She has a wee boy so it was nice to chat with someone who had been through it all. She gave me the best advice when I was pregnant which was to ignore everyone else's advice.

Jessica definitely seems to like to cry between 6pm and 9pm. She's tired but won't go to sleep. She only calms when being bounced on a yoga ball or when sucking my pinkie. She'll definitely like the bouncer when she's older.

Forgot to take her picture today so the blip is of a magnet my mum gave me when we moved into our new house and now I have my own daughter.
