Notes: Awake at 3a for good. Up around 530a and did qigong and some stretching. Around 8a, ran to Pasadena Publix for Bette and had to go to the little Walmart there to get everything. Sat and chatted with her awhile and then back up that way to the Post Office on Corey to Priority Mail some gifts for her. Early afternoon cooked the filets, zucchini and Harvest Blend (TJs) and then back to Bette's with a plateful - her house in the pic as I'm spending a lot of time going back and forth there right now.
