THE OLD WATERMILL AT STURMINSTER NEWTON

I have not visited the mill for a little while so I took the opportunity when I needed to go to the town. There is always the unexpected, as they say, as what I found was all the underground had been cleared away, leaving just a few trees. There were scaffolding poles encasing the footbridge and obscuring the mill over the weir leaving not a lot I could photograph.

However, there was a nice reflection in the pool below the weir and good clouds as well. So, contented I went on my way.
