The fourth covid jab, plus flu jab in the other arm was my treat this lunchtime.

Work was plagued with dropping out issues, apparently a council wide problem today, and it couldn't have come at a worse time. I had a tension headache by the time I'd logged off at 5.

Went nextdoor to put clean sheets on the beds and to test and turn on the heating, as mum is coming up with her friend. Then a brisk walk with Mollie to the chickens and back round the block in the dark.

Then i did a big pile of ironing and had a chat with Manda, and the evening is over. Hopefully tomorrow I will get some craft and family history done.

Has anyone turned their heating on yet? We are still holding out. Until November if we can...but it was chilly this morning!
