ArkDes Workshop

There are a lot of big developments happening in town over the next 10 years. Most of them are forced on us rather than chosen (a new bridge, a new quayside to replace the one falling into the sea) but if they are happening it makes sense to think about street life, activities, parking, culture etc, in the new areas.  So here we are, about 100 people from diverse organisations and private individuals meeting up to discuss how we see these areas, and how we can imagine them being developed.
The leader of the project is the Architecture and Design centre in Stockholm ArkDes, and as so often there is a Guardian article  about some of the work ArkDes did earlier.
