Greece Trip ( 10th day )

Oia is also best known for breathtaking sunsets. We booked a sunset cruise a month ago. Unfortunately the weather was not very good. It was a windy. I didn’t think I would enjoy the cruise in that kind weather condition, so Ming and I went hiking instead.
We started from Oia ( left most on the photo ) walking toward to Fira, the capital of Santorini. The hiking trail is about 6.5 miles. This photo was taken while walking three-fifths of the way. The trail offers many great views on the volcano, the sea and the caldera ( extra ) It took us 4 hours plus two tablets Tylenol to finish. Had dinner on a cliff restaurant for sunset. ( extra )
