Secret Welsh launch pad

I bet you didn't know that Wales has entered the space race. One look at this Cape Canaveral of North Wales will confirm that we are going in to orbit!

Well actually its the huge, gigantic chimney of a cement works. It dominates the skyline for miles around, periodically polluting the atmosphere with clouds of white dust and occasionally going on fire (quite a spectacular display). It was supposed to be one of those super kilns that could burn anything. A couple of years ago there was an investigation as it was reported that cancer rates were higher around the kiln than elsewhere in the county. You will not be surprised to learn that this multi-million pound project was found to be entirely innocent.
