Kandinsky and Veruschka

I had an appointment in Katoomba today and afterwards took advantage of the very thick fog.
Katoomba always looks good in the fog.
The extra will give you the idea:)

I can't go past this trio, however.
I was chatting to the two borzois who were tied up outside the bookshop when the lovely owner arrived.
We had a long chat and I discovered the dogs are Kandinsky and Veruschka.
Those of you who are my vintage will remember Veruschka, the leggy, angular model from the sixties. 

I regret now not asking if I could take a more carefully considered portrait, perhaps in her home.
