Wild Garlic Pesto
Having listened to Byam's dad, Christopher, talk so eloquently about how the combination of wild garlic, Scottish rapeseed oil and Anster cheese made this pesto, I was delighted to find some at Blacketyside Farm shop en route home. Delicious! But a little goes a long way.
