drive through

We had our covid boosters today. They’ve made a drive through area at the back of County Hall in Glenfield, a few miles up the road from where we live. All very efficient, very quick, and we didn’t even have to get out of the car. Felt so sorry for the ones guiding the cars - it’s been absolutely pouring with rain since just before lunchtime and, despite having big umbrellas, they were all soaked. The rain was bouncing off the tarmac.
