Queueing on a sunday

The tide was well out at Costa del Porty so Bailey and I had a big long walk along the sands this evening.

He is looking like a big plump velvet sausage as I gave him a number 3 all over haircut with the clippers this morning. It takes so long - 2 & half hours scrabbling about on my hands and knees on the kitchen floor. When i'm finished it takes me ages to be able to straighten my legs and stand up again. Old age is definately setting in.

Have had a lazy day catching up with loads of telly i've missed during the week. Doing the regulation sunday washings and housework.

Bailey is going to stay with his Papa Mo (father-in-law, mine not his) tomorrow as we'll be away down to the Lake District to visit Mum. Hope it's not going to be too busy with bank holiday monday traffic..............
