Ben’s Bench

A quick late morning walk around Risley Moss before the serious rain arrived. We returned to lunch, and then to listen to the latest resignation speech by a UK prime minister. She’s lasted six weeks, two of which were a period of mourning for the Queen.

Heaven knows what will happen next. We need competence and integrity, not the toxic combination of incompetence and overweening confidence we have had of late.
