Just sitting watching flowers in the rain.

Unexpectedly wet at the start of the day but I was waiting in for an engineer to look at my broadband connection so was able to look at the view from my kitchen door, hence the photo.

He confirmed the fibre optic cable was not sending a signal so was obviously broken somewhere, he arranged for another crew who were responsible for replacing cables to attend. They were very prompt, called at 10.30 arrived at 12.30 found the break immediately (at the external connection, "whoever installed this must have damaged it, only a matter of time before it failed,")

Unfortunately the replacement is so long it's a special order.

Didn't the rest of the day on my favourite subject, paperwork.

Did mum's shopping and spent the evening with her.
