Gimme Shelter

Cañada del Ojo is full of hoodoos and weird formations.  Kathy is town for a conference (starts tomorrow) so we three skived off work to hike there.

Extra: We actually never made it to our destination...two more miles north.  The dirt road was flooded and we had almost gotten stuck twice.  So we parked at the edge of "road" and bush-wacked across two miles of brush, stickers and marsh to the rocks. It was very rough going because the marsh area was so muddy and the plains area had tall grass. Plus we were in prime rattlesnake area, a bit unnerving.
