... at the Gold Coast University Hospital. 

We did the 3 hour return drive today for Rana to have a routine check-up. She got a good result and future check-ups will be less frequent. 

The hospital is fairly new - it opened in 2013. The architecture is interesting. It sometimes looks more like an airport terminal than a hospital. Though neither are among my favourite places.
