Dahlias

I walked up to the post box, dodging the showers. It has been just like April today with very heavy showers followed by bright sunshine. These dahlias are still doing well in a neighbour’s garden.
This morning I had another WI engagement. This time I was part of the small team planning next year’s programme. We have now managed to find a speaker for each month, and today was just a matter of finalising the details. It was good to be with friends again.
