Dinosaur spotted in suburban Toronto

This dinosaur has been a fixture near Canada's Wonderland along the highway north of Toronto in Vaughan. It's pretty nifty looking and he looks angrier (it seems) when he's covered with snow. The theme park has a special Jurassic Park type attraction called Dinosaurs Alive! Oh, to be a kid again. I'd be bugging my mom to go. Please, please, PLEASE! PRETTY PLEASE?!!!
