Colourful corner

On the way our from a joint church service at the Congregational chapel this morning, I noticed that the flower beds outside the village shops were now in full bloom. It made for a colourful scene, so on calling to post a letter later in the day I took this picture of a corner of the flower bed. There are miniature tulips still to open up, so it should look bright and cheerful for some time to come. Well done to members of the Village Society for all their hard work in planting all these lovely flowers.
