First Aid

I didn’t actually have to visit this station but I did feel really unwell today. It was a case of Spanish tummy!
I spent most of the day resting (and close to a loo) but I did make it on to the beach briefly late morning and managed a short walk in the early evening. Lots of water, toast, bananas and rice. Feeling better tonight thank goodness.
