A shortish ride today but I packed in the climbing as much as I could - came home pretty weary..but happy! All good. This is the coast road near Los Hervideros, right through the lava, scenery like you don't get in Midlothian for sure 

Lunch out in town, a favourite cafe afterwards for coffee and ice cream. Cheap and great.
