restaurant's with a view

A slow day involving a wander into town to stock up on stationary and other useful things. Still quite astonished by the whole property ownership. We managed to buy a flat in Edinburgh a few years ago because we were in the lucky position to save up for a deposit. Our mortgage ended up being less than what we would have paid in rent. We now have sold it and managed to get a substantial amount of money more than what we paid into it. So we essentially lived for free and made a profit all because we were in that lucky position. On the other hand we won't see that money as it will have to go into a new place in Berlin after various parties took their cut. I guess the banks and solicitors are the real beneficiaries. The whole system is deeply unfair. 

I rather like the Bierpinsel which is sadly unused.
