Castleton

We are having a weekend away in Castleton and were lucky to have a warm (for the end of October) sunny day for a walk to Mam Tor via Cave Dale, then on to Edale and back via Hollins Cross. Despite the lovely views my favourite photo of the day was this one out of the bedroom window as the sun came up, which apparently has the look of a Claude Lorrain painting ( apart from the car and tractor)
