Uninhabitable

Not too long ago this was a proper house. But somehow it lost a roof, obviously due to fire. Google maps still shows the roof.
I noticed this abandoned house on my cycle tour today. The weather was great, not too much wind, not too hot. Of course I was soaking wet when I returned home after two hours. Either a bad condition or taking cycling too serious?
