EB... cookies

You would think that over the week-end I would have more time to take photos, but for the last 3 it has been the other way around.  Had a busy Saturday with house chores and in the afternoon giving a coat of varnish to one of the picnic table we built this summer.  After that I decided to try and bake this cookies: growing up we used to drive to the next town over to buy these anise-hard little donuts and they were a treat.  I found a recipe this week so I had to try it.  Will let you know if they are even close to the ones I remember.
