First cruise of the season

Back on the 1st of May, the "Crystal Symphony" departed Seattle for Los Angeles.

Sunday, the Holland America "Oosterdam" kicked off the start of the busy 2013 Alaska cruise ship season.

Between May and September, about 188 cruise ships will call on Seattle this year. Most of the trips are seven day round trip cruises that run as far north as Skagway, Alaska.

Today was the first "warm" day this year, and the first time this year that I was able to leave my coat at home.
