Sad Saturday

I was RD today and had forewarned the others that were there not to ask after Roo as I might be emotional.

I was proud of myself for getting through the welcome briefing and the event went smoothly.  Elaine offered to process the results so that I could get home and take Roo to the crematorium before it closed.

I cut the grass, hopefully for the last time this year.  Then I had a nap for a couple of hours before enjoying a glass of wine and a couple of hours of TV.

The house feels very empty.
