Cycling round our village

We cycled in the warm sunshine this afternoon after the very heavy overnight rain. We still need much more as the soil is very dry just below the surface and reservoir levels remain critically low.

I am fascinated by the events surrounding the election of the next PM of the U.K. Hopefully things will be resolved sooner than later and the new PM calls a General Election early in 2023?
