At the Queen’s Hall to see the cunningly named Clearwater Creedence Revival.

Eccentric as it seems, CCR is George’s favourite band. And these guys were a pretty good tribute act.

That said, their drum solo didn’t really fit the style of the original band. And don’t get me started on the extended funky bass break.
