Afternoon walk

I usually run or cycle on a Sunday. Today I just went for a walk over the fields. In the morning it rained, hard. Later in the afternoon it rained. In between, it was glorious sunshine. 
Walking offers a rather different thinking time to the more energetic pursuits and a chance to appreciate the surroundings a little more.
