Annual blood sample time of the year. Jo did better than usual today, only two attempts - I have "bad veins" it seems. I also had to use a new, self-service machine to check my blood pressure - it checks weight and height too, I wasn't overly surprised that it said I'm fat - I don't need a machine for that. 

My GP practice moved into this site a few years ago and closed the old practice. They have been constructing a new building further up the road, further out of the village which might cause problems for people without cars. They were due to move in April, and then August and now mid-November - hopefully they will tell me where I need to be if they call me in for a chat about the results.
