Woodland Choices

This afternoon I went for another walk on the common, this time about 5 miles away from where I took yesterday's blip photo. The trees that really seemed to stand out were again the silver birches. I couldn't decide which photo to upload, so  the mainblip is a birch tree, partially strangled by ivy. The extra is a more general view of the nearby trees, taken after a heavy shower of rain.
