A glorious morning was followed by some wild weather and a beautiful rainbow. This evening's sunset was impressive too.

Hetty and I went out with Marion, Kelvin and the dogs then I went to check on the lakes in the cutting. They are brimming after all the rain.

I made a cake, did the food shopping with Clive and cooked this evening's dinner.

Clive found a lost dog and we looked after him until Alf spotted its very worried owner out in the road. The dog, Freddie, had wandered off from the farm on Caen Hill. He was huge and very friendly. Hetty was a little perturbed by his presence in our house. Extra.
