Fungi

It was a bright sunny morning as I headed off to Aylesbeare Common.  I wanted to check out a walking route around the common for when we take some friends out on Saturday.  I decided to go via the woods and very quickly became entranced by all the fungi that were on display.  I spent a very long time photographing fungi at various locations on the walk.  I also spotted one large Emperor dragonfly before it quickly flew away.  Unfortunately the weather changed and it started to rain.  I put my raincoat on and continued the walk as I needed to do the complete circuit.  The rain did stop but then continued on and off until I was back at the car.
