The Wall at Steel Rigg

After an indoor refresher first aid course at Bellingham it seemed a good idea to have a quick explore of a bit of Wall on the way home. 
So, I turned up right near Vindolanda and parked at Steel Rigg. Only a few yards through the wicket gate - and this was the view. I thought it was a pretty good one! 
Being early evening with a very vigorous wind there was only a couple of other people scampering up the set of steep stone steps up the crag.to where  the path traveled alongside the wall until you could look at the lough at closer quarters.
Definitely good for a re-visit.
