Time for a cuppa....

....in the soon-to-be-demolished market hall in Wigan.
This area is beginning to look very run down and and worn, even though the buildings themselves are barely 30 years old!!
Wigan Council is tearing the whole area down for 'redevelopment', but given how much money and effort was spent on this reincarnation, for it to last so short a time, I wonder about the new build......
