Donkeys

Spoke to the GP today and agreed to look at a phased return to work from December. I feel OK about that. Still need to make some progress with the CBT and I'm being linked up with an online course. I feel able to start thinking about some of the things that had been causing me worry without distress, so that's good.
The donkeys are local, they live up the bray.
