Friends Meeting House

Tuesday night means Kung Fu classes for me, Wing Chun Kung Fu to be precise. I find along with physical relief it also provides mental relief, and has been a great start to my week since I started just over a month ago.

The building is The Friends Meeting House in Manchester, a Quaker owned and run business since 1795 and is still a place of worship along with a conference and event space.
