Some Good Knots In My Neck

I think Dylan and I were being watched on our walk today.

I had a sports massage booked at the local physio clinic this afternoon. The girl who did it was lovely and I am hoping that at some points it hurt so it’s done some good, she certainly found some good knots in my neck!
