Ever since the Children started doing Geography, eons ago, with all the wonders of coastal erosion and long shore drift, it is now a tradition that the youngest and I make at least one visit per year to record the cliffs and the rapidly disappearing groynes and abutements at Happisburg

This year we could not get around the rocks due to the high tide to the old pill box which use to lie in the sand so we walked the other way. Just saw the juxtoposition of the lines and texture - a new theme from Happisburg!
