Hottest day of the year so far so we peeled Edgar off his Xbox and bundled his reluctant soul into the car for a trip to Brockholes nature reserve near Preston. We wandered around, fed him ( instant mood enhancer) and then settled on the banks of the Ribble watching some amusing geese antics. I think that, even from behind, you can tell that all traces of reluctance evaporated in the sunshine. Needless to say, however, he is happily reunited with his Xbox now :)
