Always look on the bright side

of life. The sun shone briefly, but not as predicted by the Met Office. Disappointed.
I did however spend an hour or so on the plot this morning. Weeding, thinning, & lifting, plus harvesting the fruits of my labours. Carrots & sprouts from the plot with tonight's dinner. I'd rather garden than do housework, but who wouldn't. Fresh air is so good for the soul.
I watched 2 episodes of Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy, this afternoon. I want to be his assistant. A little too much cheese for my liking but I'm willing to go with it. :-D
