The Pincushion

Very excited to be at the unveiling of this sculpture at Folkestone West station this afternoon. Each of the pins in the pincushion is topped with something that represents part of Cheriton. (I don’t know why the station isn’t called Cheriton!) I made the book to represent the library and Herbie did the train at the front.
Was a lovely afternoon including tea and cake in the Orient Express room at the station which I’d never seen before.
