Van Gogh - Roosegaarde cycle path

We did it again! A bike ride of over 100 kilometres. Brought our tent, booked a pitch on a great campsite with restaurant and nice hot showers that needed to be turned off manually.

According to plan we were ready to leave at 8 o'clock, but it was pouring rain. Half an hour later we were able to. It's more or less 30 kilometres to Stokkum in Belgium. Then we followed, also about 30 km, the Albert Canal and the Zuidwillemsvaart to Budel in the Netherlands. From Budel to the campsite was also about 30.

We set up the tent and went to the restaurant. To our surprise we could buy Starbucks coffee to go with our chips.
When the sun was very low we cycled to the highlight of the day. We still had to wait there for another half hour, but then it was dark enough to cycle on the Van Gogh cycle path.
