Starting the frame

Luke brought the angle grinder and welding kit around today to start on the bike frame.
I could almost hear the bike sighing with relief as the frame started to get welded together. It can feel that it might not be too long before she is tearing along the highways and byways of Gloucestershire and 'To infinity and beyond'.
I wouldn't get too excited Suzie (she's a Suzuki and I typed that quite naturally whereas I have NEVER give a name to a machine before!).
When the frame is done there's still all of the electrics to sort out.

We didn't get finished today as the welding tip sheared off but he's taken it away to see if his dad had any tricks up his sleeve to get the broken bit out of the hand piece.

Anyway, getting there slowly.
