Sunset over mount Edgcumbe!

Had the joy of getting my hair cut last night so had to wash it this morning. I subsequently forgot that I had an exercise class so Tessa had to come and pick me up! Colleen included some yoga in the class today! Always good to try something different!

Sian texted to ask if I had plans and asking if I would like to accompany her to ugborough and have a look around while she had a recorder lesson. There was a huge church there with the most impressive ceiling bosses carved. I may add a couple in extras !

Wheb we got back I went for a walk by the sea as my step count was very low. This beautiful sunset greeted me as I walked towards the William yard so it is my blip today! Loved the pink reflections in the water!
