The next generation

With a seeming inability to recruit experienced Biomedical Scientists we've had to take a longer term approach and take on trainees -great for the long term but doesn't really help the short term issues.

Those issues should be easing soon with Jac and Tanaka both passing their Registration Portfolios. They're both really ace and it was just a matter of ticking boxes so we can get them doing a full BMS job, cover the 24/7 rota and, more importantly for them, pay them more.
